Get to Know Conscious Core
Conscious Core was founded in 2025 with a simple but powerful mission: to help people return to their centre, reconnect with themselves, and find peace within.
The belief at the heart of this work is that the ability to self-heal lives inside every one of us. When we slow down, go inward, and meet ourselves with honesty and patience, real transformation begins.
Conscious Core isn’t just a business — it’s a way of living. A reminder that true well-being is never one-dimensional. It is a balance of the mental, physical, and emotional, and each part deserves attention, compassion, and understanding.
That’s why Conscious Core takes a grounded, holistic approach, blending practical tools with down-to-earth education that genuinely sticks. Complex topics such as nutrition, functional movement, and emotional regulation are broken down into simple, empowering guidance that feels manageable — never overwhelming.
When we eat in a right, we feel right.
When we understand our emotions, we stop fearing them.
And when we are given space to explore our mental well-being without judgement, meaningful change becomes possible.

Meet the Founder — Tristan Blevins
Conscious Core was created by Tristan Blevins, whose nine years of hands-on experience and lived practice in the wellness field have shaped a truly integrated approach to healing.
Tristan began his professional journey studying sports massage and sports therapy, later graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and qualifying as a Nutritionist. But this was only the beginning.
Through both personal exploration and working with clients, Tristan uncovered a powerful connection between nutrition, movement, energy, and the inner world.
This discovery led him deeper into holistic practices. He became a Reiki Master, specialising in self-healing and mental well-being, and went on to work as a health coach — leading groups, delivering seminars, and supporting people through diabetes prevention, weight management, mental health awareness, and functional movement.
His ability to empower individuals to take ownership of their well-being became a key part of his teaching.
Tristan further qualified in reflexology, deepening his understanding of the body’s interconnected systems, and later became a sound therapist, offering tranquil sound baths and inner-work sessions that guide individuals gently back to themselves.
His philosophy is simple: all is energy, and healing happens when the mind and body are supported together.
Why Conscious Core Exists
Through his own healing journey and years of supporting others, Tristan felt called to create a space where people could reconnect with their inner world using natural, holistic, and practical methods. Conscious Core is rooted in the belief that true healing starts within — and begins the moment we decide we are ready.
This work is not about trends or surface-level wellness.
It is about real-world strategies, grounded practices, and sustainable change that help individuals navigate life with greater self-awareness, resilience, clarity, and confidence.
