Terms & Conditions – Conscious Core

By booking or attending any services offered by Conscious Core, including but not limited to Reiki, Reiki courses, Reflexology, nutrition plans, sound therapy, sound baths, well-being talks, breath-work, mindful coaching, inner journeys, and vitamin administration, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payments

​

• 1:1 Sessions: A £15 deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit will be deducted from the final payment. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Corporate / Group Sessions: A £50 deposit is required to confirm booking. Remaining payment is due on the day of the session. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Online Sessions / Webinars: Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Full payment is required to confirm registration.

• Deposits and payments are accepted via PayPal or other agreed payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

​

• Deposits for 1:1 and corporate/group sessions are non-refundable.

• Clients are encouraged to reschedule in advance if unable to attend, subject to availability.

Liability & Consent

​

• All clients participate in sessions at their own risk.

• Conscious Core services do not replace medical advice. You should always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns.

• Clients with ongoing medical conditions are advised to provide a doctor’s note prior to treatment.

• By attending a session, clients give full permission and consent to partake in all activities and treatments offered.

Confidentiality

• All client information is treated with full confidentiality.

• Any reviews or testimonials used for marketing purposes will be anonymous, unless explicit written consent is given.

Disclaimers

​

• Results from any session, course, or treatment may vary depending on the individual.

• Services such as Reiki, Reflexology, Nutrition guidance, Sound Therapy, Breath-work, and Mindful Coaching are complementary well-being practices, not medical treatments.

Governing Law

​

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
