Refund Policy – Conscious Core

At Conscious Core, we strive to provide a supportive and professional environment for all our clients. Please note the following regarding deposits and refunds:

 1:1 Sessions

​

• A £15 deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The deposit is deducted from the total session cost.

​

 Corporate / Group Sessions

​

• A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Remaining payment is due on the day of the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits cannot be refunded; however, clients are welcome to reschedule their session subject to availability. Deposits are transferable up to 48 hours before appointment time.

• All clients participate in sessions at their own risk. Services offered by Conscious Core are not a substitute for medical advice, and clients should consult a healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
